Welcome to the Orange Team!

Welcome to the Orange Team!

My name is Audra and I so excited to be helping others (and myself at the same time) to achieve our weight loss goals.

Our #1 goal is to HAVE FUN!!

I have created a blog for our team. The website is http://www.orangeteam09.blogspot.com. Please log on and join. Here we can post our daily food intake, exercise regimen, share our favorite recipes and/or websites, share both our success and struggles, and ENCOURAGE OTHER TEAM MEMBERS.

Every Sunday, please let me know what your week’s percentage loss is. You may do so by posting it on our blog or you can send it to me through inspire.com. On Monday, I will post the team’s total percentage loss both on our blog and on the Biggest Losers… discussion board at inspire.com. Even though we are all winners, please remember to congratulate the winning team.

Please let me of any suggestions on things to add to our blog. I can add websites, surveys, text, pictures, etc.

I am so proud of everyone for taking this first step to weight loss and a healthier life style. I am here to support everyone as we continue in our journey and achieve our goals. We are all here to help each other, so don’t be afraid of posting any of your struggles and plateaus. We are here to offer suggestions and strategies to keep each other going.

  3. Hi! I lost 2 lbs. this week for a total of 1.05% of my weight. I have lost a total of 9 lbs. since 1/2/09. But will only count this past week. Looking forward to what next week brings. Getting a home gym system this week so I might actually workout if my husband gets it set up.

  4. I started this journey over a year ago and when I started 01/08 I was at 287 lbs. It's taken me a year but when I weighed myself on Monday I was at 237 (Mondays are my usual weigh in SOoOo just for our team I when I went to the gym today I weighed myself for my first week's percentage.) I am currently at 234 (3lbs lost)which means my % lost is 1.27%.

  5. Hi! My starting weight was 250 and today I weighed in a 247. I lost 3 lbs this week for a total of 1.2% of my weight.

    I am very proud of each one of you for your accomplishments this week. Keep up the excellent work.

  6. Hi, Liz here, I didn't know if we were counting this weeks weight loss or not my starting weight last Monday was 199 and today was 194 so that is 5 lbs down and 2.51% of my body weight. Good luck everyone!! We can do this.

  8. I feel like an idiot. For starters I have been looking all over trying to figure out where to enter my weight. Then I thought that we were doing totals since the national body challenge started. Well duh......it was for when the biggest loser challenge started.
    So I am so sorry that I am a day late on all this. But my weight loss for last week was 3 pounds. I tried to do the fat percentage calculator but I can't get it to work. Sorry....I am having a typical monday!!!

  10. I think this is where I am supposed to post....unfortunately, I didn't lose any weight this week. My diet has been the best because of PMS but I am now back on track. I promise to do better next week!!!! Weight 201!

  11. Hi, My last weeks weight was 194. Current weight is 190. Weight loss 2.11%!! Go ORANGE!!

  12. I stayed the same. On Friday I almost went down a lb. but then it settled back again. Need to revisit my journal and see where I might need to make changes.
