I apologize that I haven't been on in while. This is a hard time of the year for me at school; one school semester ends and the second one begins.
So, last week on my M&M kick, my weight remained the same. I'm pushing this week for a loss.
Starting tomorrow, I'm going to start a journal of my food intake and exercise on a daily basis. I think that if I write it down, I will do a better job sticking with it. I am having a problem getting to the gym; I guess exercising overall. I can't seem to make time for myself. I am hoping with the beginning of my new semester, my workload will not be as intense and I can go to the gym. I am trying; my gym bag and sneakers are a permanent fixture in my car.
How is everyone else doing?

After getting hit with the lovely winter storm here in Cincinnati (and having my gym closed for 2 days) I finally made it to the gym tonight in the freezing cold and blowing snow. I busted butt and weighed myself just to see what 2 days at home (with unlimited access to food) and no gym did and I lost another lb! I'm at a total of 55 lost over a year. Wooo hooo Go me.
ReplyDeleteAnd with another lb lost this week on top of the one I listed 01/29/09 I have lost 2 lbs this week and my percentage is .86%!!
ReplyDeleteQuestion: Has anyone been disappointed in their percentages week to week? I have noticed that a people are not posting on the blogspot so I was wondering if they were embarrassed that their percentages didn't look like those on the biggest loser? IMO I think this is where "the biggest loser" can be a little intimidating. Most NORMAL people are not going to be able to work out 8 hours a day with a trainer and have a whole group of doctors and nutritionists to teach us how to eat properly...This means that we are not going to be popping up numbers like 12 lbs lost in a week with a 5.24% loss.
I am proud of my .86% because that means that I have still lost weight. Go Orange Team!!!
Since we haven't posted an update for last weeks % or a new blog for this week (02/08/09) I'm just adding mine here. as of today 02/08/09 I have lost 3 lbs this week for 1.30%. That's a total of 59lbs lost !! Only about 70 more lbs to go till I'm withing a normal BMI range!
